SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICE FOR MARCH 21st:
At 11 am Rev. Kathy Cooper-Ledesma will give the fifth sermon
in our Lent Sermon series,
Meet Jesus - Again: Jesus and the Generous Woman,
based on John 12: 1-8.

MARATHON WEEKEND:
Because of street closures related to the LA Marathon on March 21st, we will be offering a
Saturday night "Mighty Love" service on March 20th at 7pm,
preceded by a pasta dinner at 5:30pm in the gym, for those of you who may find it difficult
to get to church on the day of the marathon.

There will be many street closures due to the L.A. Marathon on Sunday, March 21st,
please check Navigate Hollywood to plan your route to church that day.

PALM SUNDAY:

PALM SUNDAY 11AM WORSHIP SERVICE:
Join us next Sunday as Rev. Kathy delivers the sermon Jesus in the Last Week.
Experience the joy of Palm Sunday, as well as a Reader’s Theatre presentation of The Passion.

EASTER EGG HUNT:
After service, at 12:15 pm, we will have our Easter egg hunt for the children in the Courtyard.

‘CEDAR’ REMEMBRANCE:
Following our Easter egg hunt, we will have a special blessing and say goodbye
to our cedar tree in the courtyard.

SEDER REMEMBRANCE:
Join us for a supper and liturgy reflecting elements of the Passover meal which Jesus shared
with his disciples. We will meet at 5:00pm in Grant Hall.

MAUNDY THURSDAY:

FELLOWSHIP DINNER:
Join us on Thursday, April 1st at 6:00 pm in the Parlor for a Maundy Thursday fellowship dinner

TENEBRAE SERVICE & HOLY COMMUNION:
Following our fellowship dinner there will be a Tenebrae Service and holy communion
held in the chapel beginning at 7:15pm.

GOOD FRIDAY:

PRAYER TIME:
Friday, April 2nd, the Sanctuary will be open from noon to 3:00 pm
for a self-guided prayer, reflection and meditation.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
from 10 am to 12 pm in the Parlor, to put together Easter bags.

EASTER SUNDAY - APRIL 4TH:

MIGHTY LOVE EASTER CELEBRATION:
Join us at 9:00 am in the Sanctuary for our Easter Morning Edition of the Mighty Love Worship Experience with a sermon by Rev. Kathy Cooper-Ledesma.

11:00 AM EASTER WORSHIP SERVICE:
Join us at 11:00 am for our Festive Easter Worship Service with special music by the Children and Adult Choirs and a sermon by Rev. Kathy Cooper-Ledesma.

ADULT & CHILDREN SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES:
Bible Study and Sunday School classes will not meet on Easter Sunday.
(Nursery care will be available for children 4 years old and younger.)

PARKING FOR EASTER:
Members are encouraged to park at Hollywood & Highland parking structure, to allow more space in our lot for visitors. Parking at the H&H complex costs $2.00 with a validation stamp from the Welcome Table! Thanks for helping us enable as many people as possible to worship with us!
